  Small location for tools and hardware located in a fairly industrial area of Flushing/Whitestone. Located a few blocks away from the DMV. Streets are very narrow and pretty congested during the daytime but there is a very large and convenient parking lot for customers to use.
  
  As I mentioned before - The store itself is very small but doesn’t feel overcrowded. A surprisingly wide selection of Milwaukee and Dewalt tools and accessories.
  
  Nice little clearance area where I found an awesome deal on a digital caliper (10$)!
  
  Wide selection of drilling tools and accessories for metal and woodworking.
  
  The counter person was very friendly and pretty knowledgeable.
  
  Free coffee while you wait is a nice touch.
  
  Good experience overall.

  I never leave a review but I am making an exception. Clinton at the front desk is a wonderful person. Super helpful, friendly and extremely personable. What a great pleasure meeting and dealing with him. The prices are also amazingly low. I will definitely be giving Travers my business for now on. Great experience!

  Great place! I come here every week! High quality tools and excellent customer service. The people at the front desk are super helpful and friendly! A big thank you to Greg (one of the managers) who goes out of his way to make sure I get the right tool for the job and for the amazing promos that he offers! Be sure to check the catalog and the website before coming in, they have amazing stuff, especially the custom made sets that Greg puts together!

  I found the perfect item on Travers clearance page!!! It came in handy during Henri prep. I plan to scan the clearance page again soon. 50% off is better than driving to Home Depot.

  I happened to be working in the area and needed a few Power Tools. I normally don't write reviews, but I had to share the experience. The sales rep who helped me (Greg) went completely out of his way to get me a deal. He put a lot of effort into finding me a coupon that brought my purchase down a considerable amount. Obviously he didn't have to do that, but he insisted. And the knowledge they have on the tools they sell really sold it for me. You normally don't get this kind of service in a Home Depot or Amazon. So I figured my visit would benefit someone out there.
